Male Clinch Snap (10mm) for Anti-Static Mats
10mm male clinch snap ACS10MM is used to create an electro-mechanical connection between common anti-static table mats
and ground cords or anti-static common ground points that use 10mm female snaps.
Anti-static mats are made electrically conductive and dissipative in nature. The conductive clinch snap simply requires a firm mechanical connection to the mat
in order to be electrically connected as well.
The clinch snap has 4 pointed prongs on it's bottom side. The user inserts the prongs through the top surface of the
anti-static mat (puncture them through the mat) and clinches the prongs under the mat to hold the snap permanently in place on the mat. With the male snap firmly
installed on the mat, the user may connect any standard 10mm female snap ground cord or common ground point for the mat.
