Removes Molten Solder During Circuit Repair

Desoldering tool - hand operated high quality "solder sucker" desoldering pump VTD5. Used to remove solder from circuit board assemblies during repair work.

How to desolder: The spring loaded plunger is depressed into the cylinder and locked down. The desoldering tool tip is placed over the heated molten solder and the button is pushed to release the spring loaded plunger. Vacuum created at the tip of the desoldering tool removes the molten solder from the board. The molten solder is captured and cools instantly inside the cylinder of the desoldering tool.
