Power dimmer kit K8039 allows you to control a lamp or group of lamps through a DMX signal. The DMX protocol was developed by USITT in 1986
with the purpose of controlling dimmers, scanners, moving heads and other lighting devices with simple wiring. It is mainly being used in light shows, theatres and discos, but you can
use it in any place where a central or automated lighting is needed.
Use our USB controlled DMX Controller Kit K8062 (kit version), the
DMXController Module VM116 (assembled version), or any other DMX control console compliant with the
DMX-512 protocol as a controller.
DMX controllers are ideal for creating awesome Christmas light or party light displays. For example, use with a
DMX power dimmer to control rope lights!
