IR (infrared) remote control transmitter kit MK162 is the ideal compliment to the IR remote control receiver kit MK161. This
2 channel IR remote control keychain transmitter is compatible with many other Velleman IR receivers as well. Uses 2 powerful IR LED's for an effective range of 49 feet, (15 meters) indoors.
IR transmitter range may be reduced if used outside in sunlight. Velleman rates this kit a skill level 2 (relatively simple) on a scale from 1 to 5. IR remote control keychain transmitter
