Side Tag Power Transformer 2090250MST

Side tag power transformer 2090250MST is the recommended power transformer for our Velleman
battery charger conditioner kit K8012 but is suitable for many other power supply applications.
This transformer has a 230V AC primary input and dual 9V AC secondary output windings. The output windings can be wired in parallel to get 9V AC at 2.77 amps, or wired
in series to get 18V AC at 1.38 amps. The transformer is suitable for 50Hz to 60Hz line voltage frequencies and has a 25VA power rating.
Fully encapsulated in a sturdy housing,
the connection tags protrude from one side. The side tag connections can be wave soldered directly to a PCB, or for other mounting options, the transformer housing can be screw
mounted to a PCB, or secured to an instrument enclosure panel in any orientation.
