Soldering station VTSSC40NU from Velleman. The digital temperature display on this soldering station shows the set point temperature and the actual temperature simultaneously. The VTSSC40NU is a 48 watt soldering station with a temperature sensor in the ceramic heating element. The heating element is supplied with the necessary power via a safe 24V transformer, while the soldering bit is completely isolated from the power socket. In case of malfunction, a warning will be displayed on the LCD and the soldering station will emit a sound.
Switch the soldering station on by means of the on/off switch and set the desired temperature by means of the push buttons. One brief push will result in a 1°C change (1.8°F), or keep the button pushed to change the temp faster steps of 10°C (equal to steps of 18°F). Replacement tips and a replacement soldering iron for this soldering station are available.
