Start-Stop Timer electronic kit K2579 uses a 555 timer chip. Every electronics student or professional is aware of the ubiquitous, tried and true, 555 timer integrated circuit and it's almost unlimited uses in time delay circuits. The K2579 Start Stop Timer kit is a basic timer with a relay output for timed intervals between 0 to 15 minutes, or the maximum time delay can be easily extended up to 60 minutes. The timer can be started or stopped any time with the push of a button.
Control practically anything from lights, buzzers, pumps, motors, larger relays for controlling high power industrial machines. The included 3 amp relay can be used to switch power on or off to control your external devices.
The Start-Stop Timer K2579 is an electronic kit. User assembly and soldering is required.
