Infrared (IR) Light barrier electronic kit MK120 uses an IR transmitter emitter to project a beam of infrared light to an IR
receiver detector. The IR light beam is used to monitor a doorway, a pathway, an area, a conveyor, etc. for the arrival or presence of a person or object. A buzzer on the
detector loudly announces an alert when the IR beam is broken by a person or object traversing through it. IR Light Barrier MK120 is an electronic kit rated skill level 2
(relatively easy) on a scale of 1 to 5. User assembly of components and soldering is required.
