Thermostat - Temp Control Module
VM137 electronic module from Velleman is a low cost thermostat / temperature controller for various general purpose applications.
Thermostat controlled relay output with 3 amp contacts can be used to control heat or cooling. Many possible uses such as automotive fan control, doghouse thermostat, incubator,
lab equipment temp control, or where ever temperature regulation or a preset temperature alarm is needed.
By using both the "normally open" AND the "normally closed" 3A relay contacts on this thermostat, one set of
contacts could be used to control a cooling device while the other contacts could be used to control a heating device, such as
Peltier thermo-electric heaters and coolers.
The VM137 temp control thermostat module is pre-assembled and ready to use. Also available as
thermostat MK138 electronic kit which you can assemble yourself.
